How It Works
The first step is to schedule your free 15- minute consultation by following the link below.
You'll answer a few questions to give me some basic info about you and what you're looking to work on in therapy.
Your consultation will give us a chance to get a feel for each other, chat a bit about your therapy goals, and decide if it's a good fit.
If it's a go, we'll schedule your first appointment and I'll send you a link to access my online Client Portal.
Before Your First Session
Once you receive access to the Client Portal, you'll complete the intake paperwork online. No printing, no hassle--just fill them out online prior to your first session.
By filling out your intake forms prior to the first session, you don't have to spend half the session doing paperwork, and it gives me the chance to review your chart before we meet.
The First Session
When we meet for our first therapy session, I'll get a better understanding of your history and goals for therapy, and will gladly answer any questions that you may have.
Together, we'll set realistic goals for your therapy. Our therapy sessions will typically be one hour, once per week for the first few months. Along the way, I'll be checking in to make sure we're staying on track--and that you feel like your making progress in therapy.
