Helping You Work Through Grief
We'll work through your grief on your terms.
Grief is a very personal experience. The last thing you want to hear is how you need to fit your grief into a pre-defined therapeutic box. That's not happening here.
Grief therapy is intended to help you grieve in a healthy way, to understand and cope with the emotions you're experiencing, and to ultimately find a way to move on.
If you prefer a religious approach to grieving, that's the approach we'll take. If a spiritual or new-age perspective sounds more appealing, we can take that route.
Of course, we can also take a more traditional psychological approach to grieving. The most important thing is that you know that you have choices--you make the call.
